Product Description
Tacrokem-Forte Ointment is an immunomodulator containing Tacrolimus 0.1% w/w, indicated for the management of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema) in patients unresponsive to conventional treatments like corticosteroids. It works by inhibiting calcineurin, thereby suppressing inflammatory cytokine production and reducing skin inflammation, redness, and itching. Tacrokem-Forte is particularly useful for long-term management and for sensitive areas such as the face and neck, where steroids may not be ideal.
